Christmas Morning Bread

Sugar Mixture:
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. pecans

Grease two loaf pans and divide 1/2 of sugar mixture between the two pans. Save remaining half to sprinkle over tops of loaves.

Cake Batter:

1 box yellow cake mix
1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
3/4 c. vegetable oil
3/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. butter extract (found in spice section of grocery)

Mix together well and pour into the two greased loaf pans. Top with remaining sugar mixture; using a knife, swirl the sugar mixture through the batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Remove from oven and pour the following glaze over the loaves while they are still hot:

Glaze Mixture:

1 c. powdered sugar
3 Tlbs. Milk
1/8 tsp. butter extract
