Hey Moms. I am really wanting to get my kids more involved in helping out around the house. I know what chores I want them to do but I am not sure of how to keep track of it or what kind of "reward" or "allowance" system I want to use. If you are doing this at home and you found something that works for you could you please share it with me. Thanks for your help.

Melissa,

My kids love it. It started out free, but now you have the free version or the version that costs money. (unless it has changed again)
I don't use it like I should, but I think it would work great if someone followed through on it!
Another idea, is to let them earn tickets (like the kind you get for a drawing or you can make some up). Tickets can be worth TV time or computer time or whatever motivates your kids.
Good luck! I have found the MOST essential factor in getting your kids to do chores is YOUR follow through with the rewards and/or punishment! =0) ...this is my weakness... =0(
